Inventory and Collection:

The first step in the process is collecting information on all devices located within the company. CTI uses software applications that includes a USB rapid assessment tool with expanded additional functionality that takes rapid assessment to a powerful new level. CTI can locate and indentify networks that hold up to 50,000 printer output devices.As part of out initial data collection we include:

• Manufacturer and Model
• Meter reads, with b/w, color, print, and copy breakdowns
• Toner and supplies levels
• IP addresses
• Serial number
• Device status and service codes
• Asset numbers
• LCD reading
• Location or queue name
• MAC address Vendor
