Analysis and Management:

Once the device monitoring is in place we can analyze pint usage by printer, type of machine, frequency repair. Based in this information we can determine pages printed per dievice, supply usage, repairs frequency, downtime, printing cost, pages prings in color vs monochrome. Using this information stratieges such as reallocating machines based on usage, transferring printing from a high cost devices to less expensive alternatives, replacing high cost machine just to name alternatives.
