Goal is the end-user satisfaction – We have the ability to customize the program to your needs-
Based in constant monitoring, Managed Print Services (MPS) can take your printing infrastructure from unknown to visible. MPS is about more than just printers. It’s everything related to printers, their output, their supplies, their support, and the way you use documents. Finally, how it positively affects the people and processes that intersect with each of these. MPS helps you gain visibility and control of document processes and costs. This ultimately saves money, automates steps, boosts productivity, and improves document security and environmental sustainability.

How it works

CTI leverages three methods for manageable-device assessments, cloud, on-site and snapshot:
In the cloud solution deployment an approved agent is installed at the customer, it reports securely to the cloud with device usage, supplies and service status, the server on the cloud crunched the data and provides an accurate assessment besides alerting and reports.

On-site solution is a behind-firewall solution that manages usage, supplies and alerts internally and will not report or interact with any external server, this solution is preferred for lock-down agencies that are able to assign internal resources.

Snapshot is the preferred method for device inventory, runs from any desktop and gathers the information of network connected devices, a second snapshot will be required for basic usage assessments.
